Is the client site a good place to pick up girls? It's pretty easy to get talking to them, in the coffee areas, hot desk areas etc. They all seem interested in the smartly dressed high earning consultants. Anyone met a girlfriend, or perhaps even their wife through working on client site. Or does anyone have any horror stories of when it's gone wrong!?

if u have tool kit which is not yet rusted, i am sure you can enter the market.apply porter's five forces to understand what kind of competitive advantage do you have. Your own tool kit is ofcourse only internal advantage. For example, how does your tool compared with tools of others and whether you can do some about gaps in your tool kit to get some sort of competitive advantage will be in your advantage. Its always good to do some sort of benchmarking on your tool. May be you could use strategy consultants at your firm or farm out this study to BCG or may be use free resources on this site. After benchmarking you will know what areas to work on and whether your tool will be appealing to the potential market or not. This insight will help you avoid wasting you precious time at coffee machines in case benchmark indicates that there is no hope for you.

What exactly are you saying here: you want to pied by the client, you want to pick up chicks on the actual client site who are employed by the client? fellow consultants employed by your company who are on your project at the client site? ...or maybe both...My advice is that you should try opportunities as they come...wherever they are. Get talking to them, establish rapport, then ask em out...

Use your consulting skills to make sure the girl is satisfied i.e. Make sure every process is mapped.Ensure your final report to the girl is 300 pages.Charge her a day rate.
