Tony,Can you comment on integrity of this forum? you can easily find out who is writing which message and can pass on this information to relevant company!! can we all trust you that these information are not leaked in?? for example I see all the time accenture advert on this site!! what is the sureity that you do not pass on username/computer name to these companies to let them know who is saying what!!! most of the time I use my company's laptop to tell the true stories about them so it is very easy to find out who I am!!! I am not at all bothered if you pass on this information to my company however, just concerned about those people who really do not want to be scape got by overrelying on this site to share their opinion.regds

What usernames? Are you tweaking? There's no registration on this forum. I rather doubt that anyone could make anything useful from IP addresses, even if they could be ars*d to record them.

I think it's obvious to most regular readers, but for the record we don't share forum user details with anyone. There are 101 reasons this is the case, not least of which is that we'd be in breach of the data protection act and could be shut down / subject to a damages claim.Whilst on the subject, our primary objective each day is to help readers further their careers in consulting. yes, they could, if they wanted to. If you think that's the case for you and your company, and you are concerned about saying things that could adversely affect your job security, then by all means stop posting. There's nothing Tony can do to help if such was the case.
