aye aye,My area is also lean six sigma/business process improvement. Writing up a business plan is a good exercise. It forses me to think on how I want to run a business and how to get into the market. My approach would be to set up a business with a small number of partners. I am already working with one on my business plan. So - yes I am interested - and look forward to share ideas, suggestions etc.J.
