Bob: as a current eacg employee I may be biased, but my knee-jerk reactions to your points are below. If you want more, contact me off-line at peter.andrew@eacg.co.uk- calibre of staff [stunning, absolutely stunning]- employee engagement / morale [better than market average, I suspect, at the moment]- social life [active. Going to the dogs in April. Then karting, later]- meritocratic vs political? [too small to be truly political]- management approach [hands-on and supportive, if you ask for it]- pay at market levels? [don't know, hope so]- approach to employee training [you decide what you want, then company is generally supportive]- attitude to work/life balance [enlightened]- work location of current client portfolio (e.g. London vs. South West vs. North vs. Scotland) [predominantly South, but clients nationally] - supporting working environment? [I've found it so]- large project teams vs. lone rangers? [both]I hope this doesn't sound too 'company politically correct,' because the organisation is not perfect. But I had many years at KPMG, and eacg is different. Better in some, but not all, ways.Hope this helps - Peter
