Hi,Organisational behaviour is an area that really interests me and I was wondering if there were any MBA schools, or business schools in general, that were seen to be leaders in this field?Any advice or suggestions would be really helpfulThanks

Ashridge is very good for OB if you have some relevant prior experience.

This is interesting - is there much call from consulting firms or any businesses in general for OB specialists? Do you need a PhD or masters in the area?

Hi there,Generally you ought to have some kind of postgrad qual, unless you come from an HR function in which case experience might just get you through the door initially. However there is alot of theory to understand in this area to be truly effective!!
