I am looking for information on Pöyry Energy Consulting. They claim to be leading management consultancy company specialized in the energy sector. As a have quite some experience in the sector and would like to change from industry to consulting I am considering applying there.Any comments on their reputation, culture, etc, would be highly appreciated

Hiring managers have to have weak candidates on the list in order to make the strong candidates look good, so you&apos;re actually helping them. You&apos;re only letting yourself down by being used in this way in every job application.You should have an early night. We&apos;ll work on your job application technique in the morning. I still think you need to see a specialist about the transference issues though - they could <i>really</i> let you down if they come out under stress at work.
