Hello, My name is Mike and I work as a financial consultant with one of the Big 4 accounting firms. I'm going to qualify as an ACA soon and I'm looking at future career moves. I enjoy what I do at the moment but I would like to work in a more technical role, perhaps in Corporate Finance or something like that. I know this is not a purely consulting questions, but since some key consulting firms also work in Corporate Finance (similar to financial consulting) perhaps some of you can give me a hand. I was doing some research and I found that McKinsey has a CF practice. Also, all the Big 4 accounting firms and the investment banks have CF practices. My question is, how would you rate Mckinsey CF against the Big 4 CF arms and the investment banks. What would be your suggestions to land in a good CF position? Thanks, Mike
