I worked there for a few years. The work can be interesting and you get to work with some really interesting people from all walks of life.BUT although it likes to describe itself as a "business risk consultancy" it's essentially a security company with some add-ons (corporate investigations, country risk analysis). Generally not very sophisticated. There are serious problems with churn - you do get talented people working there, but they don't stay. Why? Management is pretty awful (no coherent strategic vision, and some poor JV decisions recently), and the pay really sucks. The company has done well over the past decade - it's grown a lot on the back of providing armed guards in Iraq - but its profits have been falling for the past couple of years.
