Hello,¿Could anyone provide any sort of insight regarding this service line? I've researched the company's website but I'm still not too sure about several things:1) ¿Is the work too IT related?2) ¿Is the expertise gained in this area be transferrable to a possible industry role in the future? I'm worried that if I start my carrer in this area I might have little options in the future.3) ¿Would experience in this service line grant me good credentials to get accepted at a competitive MBA in the future?Any comments regarding this service line, even from outsiders, would be very much appreciated.P.S. 1) Most work at Deloitte Consulting is IT-driven and centred on IT projects; whether that means it is "too IT related" comes down to your preferences2) Depending on your specialism within the practice, you could move into a range of positions in industry, from IT change manager, to Marcomms specialist, to internal strategy consultant, to project/programme manager; The experience is very transferable (as is most consulting experience)3) Acceptance to a top MBA is primarily dependent upon your individual performance. A recognised consulting firm on your CV is nice, but MBA admissions staff look at how you did within context. For example, a mediocre consultant (from any firm) would not be as attractive to MBA admissions as an award-winning plumber or an Olympic gymnast. That said, the role at Deloitte will give you many opportunities to prove yourself.
