You'd be best to stick it out at ACN for a few more years first. The first two years does nothing for your CV - a trained monkey could do (and often does) the graduate role at ACN. As demonstrated by the drop-out rate at the two-year mark, making it that far is no respectable achievement.Sticking it out to the senior consultant grades is, however, something worthwhile. After a few years and with some sales and managerial experience under your belt, you will be far better positioned to make a move to other firms as an experienced hire. You will also be in a stronger position to get into the top MBAs if you wish, and you will have the experience necessary to get the most from the programme.
