Hello, slightly new to all this, so apolgies in advance if this seems simple...Is Arthur D Little mainly an IT/Tech/Operations consultancy, or more of a strat one in Techy/IT companies? They say on their website that their industries are mainly machine/technology based, although they do indicate they do do some other stuff?Or have I got the whole thing entirely wrong and they do something completely different?

Not sure. I think they're mainly involved in operations and process type stuff.I interviewed with them and didn't get made an offer. Maybe that's not such a bad thing, as I now have the firm impression that they expect their pound of flesh from their staff. My overall impression: Good company, shame about the lifestyle issues.

No crappy firm. In GER there is quite a nice culture, but you´ll work your hours like at MBB.They do a lot of strategy jobs in Telco, AM, Manuf. and Travel/Trans. from what I know.Of course, they are forcing to stay on board within implementation phase for programm management tasks etc. like all the others do as well!
