Hi, I am contacted by a consulting company Business Enterprise Services (BES) in UAE for an interview.Does anyone have experiences working for the firm as an (ex-)consultant, or working w/ it as a client? You sure you have the name of the company right? Not heard of anyone by that name, heard of some businesses who have that as an offering/business area.

Yes, the name is correct. The firm is based in Abu Dhabi.

Pretty average local consultancy, I worked with 2 of their consultants and they were OK, but had little insight in to anything. Consultants certainly not the calibre of international brands.

What kind of organization culture and working style did they have, as you observed? Sorry for more questions. I'm working in industry (ISO consulting) in another Gulf country, so would like to understand more. And a job in Abu Dhabi is an attraction, considering lower living costs & better infrastructures than where I am.Thanks.
