I'm looking for some general consulting career advice please...I've been in the game for three years nearly, completed a grad scheme at one of the Big 4 consulting arms early, promoted ahead of grade and now work in ops consulting for another Big 4 firm. In summary, I've been reasonably successful and am plodding up the ladder at a reasonable pace. Unfortunately I know my heart just isn't in consulting, I can't ever see myself being a partner because I don't love it enough to do it; I don't love it at all in fact! Can anyone provide details of suitable career coaches (or similar) to help me find a job/career/role that I am actually passionate about? I don't have a clue what I'd do if I had the choice to do anything but know once I do find the right thing for me, I'll probably work like a dog at it and hopefully do well. Thanks in advance,
