I had a colleage like that, once. She had really f-ing awful smelling feet. People thought of her as a 'hottie', but I unfortunately had to sit next to her, and every time she kicked her shoes off under the desk (she was a bit like that) I would almost f-ing faint. It was like the smell of rotting corpses or something, really horrendously bad.I tried leaving the window open a bit. Problem: she would always close it.I tried putting a static air freshner on my desk. Problem: it wasn't strong enough.I tried breathing in the opposite direction and getting out of the office as much as I could. Problem: I still couldn't avoid the smell most of the time.I thought about writing an anonymous note. I really wanted to do this. Problem: She would have known it was from me. Only somebody like me would have the motive and sneakiness to do something like that.I thought about mentioning it to her boss. Problem: I would probably have got slated, not her (that's the way things worked in that place).I thought about trying to move desks or something. Problem: The big boss who set the desk layout would have been very annoyed that that.So what cured it in the end? Thankfully she buggered off to a foreign country, at which point a strong dose of Febreeze sorted things out.Not sure how this helps you, but my advice would be to think through the implications of whatever you decide to do, and remember that so-called 'anonymous' methods of giving her feedback rarely if ever are actually truly anonymous.
