I am currently researching recent redundancy packages offered by the management consulting industry. I'm hoping to be able to get my company to give me a comparable package to other organisations in the same industry (i.e. an industry standard) rather than the UK statutory redundancy offer. Do anyone have any direct knowledge of packages (i.e. Accenture) or can you refer me to some further resources for help?
