does any one know what kind of benefits / perks are available at E&Y BAS Sr Manager level?for example, how much car allowance, bonus, insurance, relocation money etc etc...how much / many of these are negotiable...Thanks ahead for the reply.

They do not offer a bonus but other benefits areCar allowance £5.5kPension up to 6% , for every % you contribute they will match up to 6%Private Health cover for yourself

Dear Amanda,thanks the figures that you indicated are these at Manager level or Senior Manager level? There must be some difference.Secondly, are you saying even at Sr. Manager level there is no bonus?Lastly, besides car allowance do they also provide company car (i.e. the cost of lease is borne by the company). thanks for the reply

Yep, those are senior manager numbersNope, there is no bonus at SM - starts at DirectorUh, no, they don't give you a car allowance and a car funnily enough - one or the other

seems very low to me?also looking at my own offer at manager level in accenture some time ago, these numbers make me believe that accenture is better paid even at manager level compared to seniro manager in E&Y.do you all feel the same or am i missing some info in my assessment?also, what i know that accenture has partner, sr manager and manager but E&Y seems to have partner, diretor, sr managaer and manager. so levels do not seem to be comparable

I agree. I think Senior Manager in EY is equal to an ACN Manager. EY manager is more like a C3. Senior Consultant more like C1/C2 especially as I have come across EY Scs with approx. 2-3 year total experience
