Hi there, what do they use to benchmark consulting salaries? I'm curious to know so I can be sure my salary is aligned to what they say. Is there a website that provides the salary ranges for consulting salaris?

There is such a survey on this very website. Seek and ye shall find.

Companies/consulting firms use specialist surveys from compensation consultants to set benchmark their pay and set their levels (usually annually). Those surveys are expensive to buy as an individual though, so the best thing is to read the Top-Consultant.com reports, look on glassdoor.com, and find a copy of the Woodhurst salary survey if you can.

@BryanIn question 6 of the survey, it says "tick multiple boxes if appropiate", but the question is set up to allow only one item to be selected (&apos;radio buttons&apos; rather than &apos;check boxes&apos;).
