Can anyone tell me when Accenture pay out the bonuses to managers and above? I'm thinking of quitting, but want to collect my bonus before I go. At what date do you need to be employed to still qualify for that year's paymet?

You had to be employed on Sep 1 to qualify. Payout at end of Nov.

How much is the bonus at the manager level (out of interest - being a Consultant at ACN)?I know it's dependant on business performane, but does it vary by Growth Platform (MCIM, SI&T etc)? Or even within Growth Platforms (SCM, CRM, T&OP etc)? Also, does personal performance have any effect?

They do pick girls to work here that are fit on the whole though and I absolutely approve
