i have reached upto behavioral inteview at accenture so far for BA...is it true if they dont want you they let you know immediately and if they do want to hire they take longer...just hunting for more info

Honestly, it all depends. I found out after 10 days, my friend found out the same afternoon.If they are busy you might not know for a while. Experienced hires (like me) it can take longer as they will be making decisions on level and package which aren't needed for grads.If there are loads of people for a few jobs, they will take their time and sort through for the cream of the crop. On saying that, if you are amazing, they will want you and let you know pretty swiftly ;-)

hey thank you for your response. its been 4 days since i did my behavioral. so i gues no news is good news. its a entry level postion. am not sure how much competition is out there for that position. and guess you right if they busy they migh take time too.

It really depends. When I was an interviewer there I tried to give feedback within a day but I know that HR often take anything up to 10 days, regardless of whether you are successful or not.Saying, that when I was recruited they made me an offer within 30 mins of leaving the interview. The post above is right - if they really want you they let you know very quick.

hmm...thinking of that i havnt recieved a reject mail as well. its been 2 weeks almost. so....
