Hello All,I'm seriously considering accepting a manager role with Sopra Group which is an IT Services company.Can anyone advise of their reputation in the industry and what their expense polices are i.e. how much is the daily allowance ( unreceipted) when working away from base location? How fair is their promotion process?Thank You.

I have been called for a graduate assessment day in Sopra group Can you anyone please help and advice me regarding that.

An assessment day is where you get interviewed by a number of people and have to go through tests and exercises of one kind or another. Not much you can do to prepare except to research the company as much as possible and get to know your CV inside out.

My advice who knows this company inside out as an employee is to stay as far away as possible from it. They are too dependent on very few contracts and if they ever loose one of them, the are out of business. They already lost a major contract witha telcome provider and has started making redundancies. Very poorly run company. Stay out is my advise if you have other choice.

Can you please guide me in the type of exercises bieng done , any practice tests that i need to follow any particular interview questions or the interview is competency based.
