Yes its currently an interesting time in Detica commericial division.It has certainly been emphasised internally that BAE are buying the whole business hence the premium, and with TMTE currently turning a profit, the arguments currently for what BAE will do in the short term are limited. However post 12 months there are a number of scenarios:1. Keep Detica as a seperate business unit and enjoy the profits (if there are any in 12 months)2. Sell-off GFS or the TMTE division (to recoup some of what they have payed)3. Sell both GFS and TMTE as one entity4. Fold-in Detica into BAE, commercial consultants either are made redundant, resign or join the goverment division. Detica and commercial division cease to exist.It could be any of the above, it really depends what happens in the future.RegardsAnon
