Good people; highly analytical and focused on "numbers"/data rather than other issues/factors.It's a fairly intense environment; client comes absolutely first, even at 3am on a Saturday, and the minutest detail counts. Having said that, politics are on the low side and the amount of hours is not as bad as in top-flight strategy houses. Management genuinely care about offering people opportunities to develop - whether they manage it every time is more debatable; appreciation of different circumstances is not a strong suit. It's a fairly hierarchical place, even though they pride themselves in calling it an "open" culture. As in most places that hav a strong culture, you'll know if you fit in within a few weeks(though of course it may be too late to pick up that other offer).Hope it helps.
