Apologies that this is not relevant to many people on here, but as we have many recruiters as well as consultants present I thought I'd ask the question: As a 1 year experienced recruiter focussed on management consulting roles (with 3 years previous strong b2b sales experience) how much should I be earning? Average basics + bonuses would be appreciated, maybe using average annual revenue of 150K?

Negotiate. Ask for a golden toilet seat. When you make enough revenue for the firm you get a platinum one. You will be surrounded by egotistical twerps talking utter cr@p all day so might as well get the facilities you need to live with it in your package.
