I had this post saved up on my computer...sorry for not mentioning the author."Three stages:In the first stage of the interview they ask questions about your personal background:Tell me of a time that:Deal with authority; Team working; Face a problem; Leadership abilities.Tell me of an imaginary solution that you gave to a problem. Etc.Be prepared before you go to the interview. When you do not understand a question ask for further clarification. Take some time to think. You do not have to come with a perfect answer. You just have to show that you are able to understand the question and you can give a complete answer. The second stage of the interview is about Accenture:Why do you want to work in Accenture (Industry leader, offices all around the world, personal training, technology oriented, travelling etc)? What makes Accenture better than its competitors (end to end solutions, Fortune 500, top clients, etc)?Who are the main competitors (IBM, Mckinsey, etc)? What an analyst does? What a consultant? What short of programmes an analyst uses (e.g. C++, HTML, Java etc. see the web)? What is the trend of technology in 20 years time? In which sector are you interested to work within Accenture? The third stage of the interview is a small case study about e.g. a firm that faces problems with its competitors:Make suggestions of how it should act towards its competitors; how to increase its profit share etc.The whole interview lasts from 15 min to 30 min. It is better to avoid an interview between the lunch break (1-2pm, the staff is usually hungry at that time and they will not pay to much attention to you). Dress smart, be confident, take time to think the questions, don’t be afraid to ask anything you do not understand and good luck!"
