Can anyone provide any background or insight into Parkwell Consulting ?

Know somebody who works there, having left E&Y about 6 years ago.Works at senior amanger level, based in the city, seems to enjoy the culture and ethos opf working for a smaller firm. Not sure if the work is stimulating though - he seems to spend most of his time on the Project Management treadmill. Worthwhile, but a bit dull.He seems to do okay ££ wise though.

They have a strong reputation mainly in the business process optimisation, process efficiency, benefits realisation and business systems space. They are weak on infrastructure, IT strategy and business operations and business transforamtion. There are some sound reasons for this: the management has decided that strategic growth should be attained by concentrating on core competencies and existing strengths rather than diversifying and expanding functional and sectoral base. The business model in the current climate sounds robust, however owing to functional coverage it is susceptible to economic sensitivity.
