What does ATK look for? Any tips for getting in? I'm in UK

I'm wondering how many people do ATK take on a year? Are their interviews/selection process tough - i.e. is it difficult to get in?

They usually do a telephone interview and then assessment day.Though is a subjective topic. If you are good nothing is tough.I did not have problemGood luck

I joined ATK in December as an Associate. They are growing again post the MBO, and stepping up recruitment efforts in London.Telephone interview, followed by an assessment, then a final interview with the head partner is the process which I went through.Let me know which area you're looking to get in to. East EndaI have a final assessment for a position in the Procurement team in 2 weeks.I was told there are 5 candidates that day and that the session will last from 1.30 till 6pm. The head European Operations will also be there.It would be great if you could give some tips/details about the interviews. I am expecting experience interviews, business case (do you know what is tipically about), technical interview, HR issues.Can I also ask you how is the workload at ATK? I was told that it is one of the heaviest around but honestly I am not scared about it as long as the work is exciting.When you are not at the client, is it possible to work from home at night? For example in the office till 7pm and then you continue from home if necessary after dinner?I have a friend working in Bain and this is what lots of people there do apparently.Thanks in advance for all your advices.
