The recruitment process at Hudson & Yorke is deliberately rigorous and designed at every stage to ensure that the best fit of skills and experience is aligned to the requirements for the role. Candidates who submit CVs that meet our role profile criteria are invited to a 45 minute telephone screening where their experience and skills to date are explored and the candidate has the opportunity to ask about the role and the company so that both sides can input into whether to progress the application. Successful telephone screening candidates are then invited into the office for a first interview with two of the firm's Principals who will offer more depth around culture, requirements, client-facing engagements etc. Candidates who impress at first interview are invited for second interview with the CEO and COO during which they must present their own summation from a case study they are given on arrival, with one hour to prepare. Sucessful second interview candidates are offered a position within the company.
