I've been noticing a few differences in people within the firms I've worked in, and though it might be worth a straw poll on here to see what type you are:Do you:a) try to find out the rules for how something is done in your organisation, and try to follow them.orb) Do what you want need and assume the rules will be fine, or just don't care!I suspect that there would be a trend here on this forum...

my firm doesn't have "rules", it just has "values"... that means we can do what the hell we like...

Someone once said to me the problem with my firm is there's too much asking and not enough appologising.That kind of stuckwith me and I keep it in mind.
