Assuming it is the same PMSI, it is a small consultancy and as such the training will not be anything like a larger consultancy and it never was when I was there. It did not have a particularly long hours culture when I was there but the pay was generally below average, but which does improve with time. The work is highly data focused or has been in the past and it is easy to get sidetracked into being a data monkey. Some good people there, but it has almost no brand recognition and it will be tough to leverage up in your next role.
