Went for an interview a few years ago (about 5, I think), laughed my head off after listening to this high level toff ramble on about how much he knew and what service they provide. After he finished he asked whether I had any questions, and oh boy did I.. Let's put it this way, I belittled this person in his knowledge of SE. He was glad to end the interview. I was invited in again (about 2 years ago), hoping they had learnt much. Nope. They did not. Had two interviewers, one oldish chap who was quite but precise; the other was young, loud, full of (sh!t) himself. Again, listened and then turned to questioning them. The youngster tried to blag it, but failed badly. The older guy felt embarrassed because this youngster was digging a very deep hole.Go figure.
