i have heard some really good things about Qedis, i have a friend who works there and apparently the culture is the key reason people join. they are small-ish but were set up by ex-Deloitte people i think. he says he is much happier being an ex-big 4 person himself. i know he is doing public sector work, but they operate across industries. dont know if that helps, i can find out if they are still recruiting, although they most probably will be

I'm not sure they are still recruiting grads Matt, website states a 21st Dec application deadline. Do you have a contact there? Maybe you could ask if they would consider speculative CVs?

Hi Jim, i checked and apparently that deadline is for their milkround grads. they are also recruiting for analysts to join now. Hope this helps. my mate said the recruitment person is called Rav Bath.

Would progression opportunities be limited?Thanks!

i doubt very much that career opps would be limited - it is often the case with smaller firms that you'd get more responsibility. however my mate there recommends it, i'd suggest talking directly to them yourself though, as i can only give you a high level recommendation. good luck with your application if you decide to apply.
