International development is it's own area (practice) within PA - most of which I believe is serviced out of the US.

Business Operations and Performance. All those Indian call centres will need efficiency improvement once the supply of cheap labour runs out.Seriously though, this is the most stupid question since that one about which watch somone should buy.

Best shout if you are in the UK and interested in Int Dev is probably the energy practice

If you care about international development join DFID or an international development NGO or even an international development consultancy (Adam Smith or similar).
