They're a well-respected public-sector shop. If public sector is your thing, they're a good place to go. I get the impression that they run a fairly lean organisation -- eg, most of their consultants spend quite a lot of time delivering and selling, but that there isn't the robust back-up (eg, training and admin support) that you might find in a big 4, for example.Overall, though, the people I've met from Hedra have struck me as good guys, and they're definitely on the more commercial end of government work.
