Hi all,It's been very interesting to read all the posts in reference to Capgemini. It's clear to see that there are differentiating views amongst you all!I have my assesment centre fairly soon and am contemplating whether Capgemini is actually for me.Although salary is not a key attribute, theATP program seems to be significantly lower than the likes of IBM and Accenture (Confirmed with a recruitment officer within CapGem that salary is £25,500 in comparision to IBM £28K and Accenture £31K).Is this disregarding cash alternatives instead of benefits?Does anybody know different by any chance? Also what benefits could one expect at Cap gemini? Are grads expected to provide there own means of transport or can you contribute to a company car scheme? As with most grads, being an aspiring individual, we all want to progress up the ladder as seamlessly as possible (naturally having put the effort in)I get the impression that whether this is the case or not, this will be negligible within Cap Gem.Again, can anyone comment?Ultimately, it seems as though that Cap Gem have not revealed very much as far as incentivining its staff is concerned so again, any comments as far as this goes, would be greatly appreciated. Are there any recent Cap Gem intakes that comment on the above? Thanks for all your help..Happy new year too! Thanks for your help everybody

You need to check which scheme each salary is refering to. So the ATP - the IT grad scheme is about 7k under the management consultancy one. I would think this is the same for Accenture and IBM.
