We're fully aware of this practice, unfortunately it can often shoot the recruiter in the foot as once you're completing the questionnaire you can write whatever you like!! Sometimes this will produce a favourable response for them - but just as often it'll produce a negative response and give the candidate the chance to vent the frustrations they experienced when dealing with that firm.As our survey ranks recruitment firms according to the net response they received (ie. favourable responses minus negative responses), the results don't end up favouring a firm unless they really do have a lot of candidates out there that were thrilled with their services...Tony RestellTop-Consultant.com
