I&apos;m tryng to compare how the major strategy firms are organised - i.e. everyone in an industry practice from day one, or start off as a generalist before moving up to an industry practice.I know about McK (everyone&apos;s a generalist to star with) and BAH (similar to McK within the Strategy bit) but am really interested in the other top-tier firms and the ex big-4 accountants.Grateful for any help!

They are not ex Big 4 accountants they are "advisors". As different as chalk and err... a different piece of chalk (which looks very simlar).
