Look around at the market and they have very very few competitors and no natural predators, although the UK business is hampered by the fact that Europe has been traditionally reluctant to buy into their model - hence the launch of the NY office and the growth focus internally has shifted to the US. They have prop methodologies, but their core is fast tracked, assured ideation and incubation - heavily execution focused. They drive their people hard but reward them, dont look many people either. The founders, prior to the Edengene diaspora, camde from blue chip MC - KPMG, PA, Corven backgrounds, and it shows - real polish, a hard driving, even aggressive approach to the market, and a no passengers attitude.If you want a high profile internally and with clients, with nowhere to hide, then its a great place.
