Could we explore the possibility of splitting the forum in two: one for MBBB and one for the rest? The reason behind this is that the two groups of firms are now so incredibly diverse that they can they almost are separate industries. MBBB is more similar in terms of education, salary, work ethic, hours etc to IB and PE rather than audit and SI players. A more tailored forum where MBBB can find their peers would be great - and then another one for the rest. Thoughts?

Surely a better split, if there were to be one, would be a career forum and a consultancy issues forum….?

how about a special forum for embittered failures who want to take out their frustrations on all of those who have wronged them and stalled their careers despite the myriad of disciplines in which they are uniquely talented?

alternatively, how about a forum for me and a forum for you lot. My forum could be used for my disciples to sing my praises. How do I know I have disciples? Well, when I drive on the motorway and look in my mirror, I see long lines of traffic - sometimes bumper to bumper lining up behind me. They must be following me - following their leader. Cars, Trucks, Coaches...it matters not.....they'll follow me to the end of the earth (Well to the M4/M25 junction at least...)
