The primarliy to Project / Programme Management in the oil and Gas space. BP are their biggest client. Offices are in Esher - dingy little place. They have about 40 people. Good if you work in this space. They are trying to get into financial services, but are not gaining much traction.

That is a very accurate assessment of them. I always felt thier business model was suspect PoG. And I was very surprised to see the client's they managed to secure. I left at about the same time as they were trying to enter the Finance space. They bought in a new guy Adrian something to lead this. They also poach most of thier employees from Accenture. F TSG employee

I am working with them on a project at the moment. Bright and hard working people. Focussed on Energy, Utilities and Financial trading organisations and they have a very strong reputation on this sector for IT/process consultancy. Very much Accenture culture, if a bit friendlier/more communicative. Also quite IT-focussed, but they do get interesting projects and appear to be growing significantly.

Hi tylerInteresting assessment. I used to work at Structure. Left last year. Found them friendly but the work is essentially project management. SI delivery and very much IT focussed. Although they try and make you believe they are business consultants. They are not. Mohamed Mansour and the rest maybe intelligent but don't actually too much about anything. Process and SI delievery is very much about being good and boring things: administration, organisation and control. Does they work you do actually is thought provoking, and challenging? I left because i didn't think it was. I mean if you wanted to work at senior management does Structure carry enough weight. I always thought they were lucky to get thick clients who they bamboozled with IT jargon. I didn't respect them and felt they were not teaching me anything.By they way what is Structure's charge out rate these days?Anon
