Hi all, Just I want to share my experience with a strategy consulting boutique where I passed my first round interview for a junior consultant position.I had two interviews (1H each) with two senior consultants, during the first, I had a case on calculation of net income & proposition of recommendations of its improvment. During the second, I had two cases, one about market sizing, the second about new market (attractiveness assessment & marketing plan). Of course, I had some question about my resume and some minutes to ask them few questions. What they mostly look at is analytical & framing abilities. Some other abilities : familarity with numbers, business intuition, foreign languages is a big PLUS. In short, keys to pass consulting interviews is good preparationAmine
