I had a partner interview at PA on the 7 August. I got feedback from the inteview the next day and it was positive and all that was needed was confirmation from the CEO...I am still waiting for that confirmation today!!HR have told me the CEO has been away from the country for a while and has alot to go through but surely it shouldnt take so long!Is there anyone out there who has an insight as to why I may be waiting so long.Many Thanks

Its more likely cos the CEO starts in September and the old CEO is no longer making such senior hiring decisions
