Hi AllAiming for SM level this Summer with EY. Hoping to scope out some initial figures on expected payrise for if I make it; partly to check if what I get offered is reasonable.Currently I'm a Manager on ~66k plus 5k car allowance / cash, in Advisory. Glassdoor giving a range of 65-130 for SM.- Is there a fairly standard starting salary for internal promotions to SM and if so what is it?- If not, what are the factors that drive it - end of year rating?- Is there a promotion bonus on top of the normal performance bonus?Thnks!

Big 4's employ a standard starting salary for internal promotions to SM. I'm not familiar with EY in the UK so I won't take any guesses. But by default it means that whatever you're offered is reasonable since other people who are promoted to that level get the same.I don't think there's a promotion bonus since they normally consider your promotion (and access to the additional benefits and increased salary) as sufficient incentive.
