Hi All,This is my first time on here. I think you guys will be the best to advice on my next career move. It’s probably an odd career transition topic as I don’t know many people who have transitioned out of HR. I graduated with a 2:1 in Human Psychology in 2013, have been working full time since then. I currently work in HR as a HR Operations Coordinator, but I’m looking to transition into consulting. As I’m relatively new I’m quite open to different consulting paths; I have however been looking at roles in management consulting, change management/ operational effectiveness, business development and business strategy.I’m currently studying for my CIPD Level 7 Certificate which has prompted an interest in a change of career. It’s really allowed me to look at organizations beyond HR, which I really like. I’m currently looking at Graduate roles as I think this would be the best way to get in the door.It would be great to get some insight from people who are currently in this profession on different ways to enter the profession and how to make myself more attractive to prospective employers, as I’m currently job hunting. Thanks in advance Ife
