They are a Rpoudfoot copycat. They do not pay badly. They might be keen on languages though, which already rules many people out. Travelling will be extensive and it is likely to require non-glamorous locations: mines, remote factories and the like and some equally non-glamorous field work.I reckon as a graduate/analyst at your first consulting experience, it might prove to be a bit too much. But for upper ranks things are better (especially for the guys doing exclusively the initial analysis/assessment of a few weeks and not the 6-9 month long implementation).
