What is a comfortable salary in Sydney to maintain the lifestyle I have as a L1 Manager in London? For a yard stick my current range is £70-80K.2. How is the market generally performing from a Digital, strategy consulting perspective? I have the (potentially wrong) assumption that London is ahead from a growth and innovation stand-point. Everyone who I know who moved out there from Accenture found that they were significantly poorer and came back within a year.

The handful of Accenture consultants & managers I've known who moved to Australia have all stayed there for multiple years. I don't know the fine details of how that worked for them financially but all said that the work/life balance was vastly better than in Europe and the overall Australian life agreed very well with them.Unfortunately not a direct answer to your questions but worth taking into account if you care for work/life balance.

I don't have an answer to your question but i am in a similar situation and looking to transfer with ACN.I will be interested to see how you get on with the move over to Aus. Have you requested a transfer already?
