Typically 2 years program, in three international locations, 8 months each. Good program if you want to stay with GE after this program. Fast track career path for the candidates of this program within GE. It is an industry job, nothing like consulting job. This is more internal GE program for exceptional academic candidates from good B-schools with couple of years experience. After training, typically at SPB level within GE title levels. Senior Manager level per say... Having said that it is hard to get in to.. Good Luck.

Hi Sprinter,Found your thread and thought I’d revive it! Did you decide to go for the ECLP in the end?Reason I ask is that I’m considering an application to one of the industrial business units, so I’d be interested to understand a bit more about the process – e.g. application / interview process, typical candidate profiles etc.. Also, do you know if this a ‘seasonal’ programme - like a graduate programme - or if they accept successful applicants all year round?Grateful for any insight and, if you made it onto the programme, hope you're enjoying it!Cheers,
