Ok so I am three years in to consulting and bored silly of bashing out powerpoint decks based on reasonably simple analysis. I spend more time messnig around with PPT than I do analysis or adding any value and its starting to bore me!So I'm thinking of moving to an accountancy player as a consultant with a view to asking them to put through the ACA to essentially move into accountancy advisory workThe problem: I've had a look through some text books and the stuff looks painfully dry! Are prof quals considerably differnet to the job or am I barking up the wrong tree (if the books look dull then the job will be!?)Are there any accountancy based/qualififed consultants out there that can shed some light on their qualifying experience relative to the day job?THanks in advance, A
