When i started my grad role the mangers told us the pay isn&apos;t that great in consulting but there&apos;s good long term earnings potential.How much would you expect to be on after 10 years for example? I thought it would be a bit rude to ask them for figures

What they&apos;re talking about is the promise that keeps us all treading away on the wheel.Earnings and progression vary massively dependent upon your capability but if you&apos;re good and are promoted every two to three years you can easily be on £100k plus after ten years.
