More indian employees, less customer service, more adherance to process and less innovation.Sounds like the 90's are about to hit again, but in all honesty most of the work IS now in these countries.Why have a large workforce in the USA when most companies operate an outsourced model, looked this up on the web and the current IBm workforce being bagged are the equivalent skills of the Detroit motor manufactiong companies of the 70's. Ie deskilled,demotivated and overpaid.
