Mechanical Engineer (big things with cogs)- also big computers for simulationsPHD in Nuclear Engineering, aluminium tubes + mechanical engineering + etc/ -If you meant fuel pins by aluminum tubes, they're actually made from zirconium (doesn't absorb neutrons)
